Confirm account deletion

You're about to permanently close your account. Review what will happen before confirming.

What will happen

  • Your personal workspace's subscription, if it has one, is canceled immediately. The remainder of the current billing period is forfeited.
  • The diagrams in your personal workspace with every version, your API keys, connected apps and account records are deleted at once. Stored images follow within a day, and backup copies age out within 30 days.
  • A deletion log keeps, by ID, a record that the account and its diagrams were deleted, without their contents.
  • Agents using your API keys will start failing immediately.
  • You will be logged out of every device after confirming.
